Simply more revenue for Shopify merchants

New customers cost.
Every time.
For now.

You often win new customers through ads or marketplaces. Who makes sure they buy a second time, or a little more right away? We do: we grow your revenue from existing customers, on a commission-only basis, and keep improving it. It happens right after checkout and by email, and you don’t have to do a thing. Commission applies only to the extra orders we demonstrably bring, never to your total revenue.

Your customers' follow-up purchase
partly open

You may already have flows, newsletters or a recommendation tool. Once set up, they keep running. Do you know whether they still work well? And do your customers get offered exactly what they’re still missing, at the right moment?

Does it fit your store?

Four looks at your store. Then you know if it fits.

It's all in your Shopify admin; you don't need to send us any of it.

1.

How many customers buy a second time?

In Shopify you can see how many of your customers have ordered only once so far. Each of them is an open follow-up purchase.

2.

Around 300 orders in 60 days?

From about that volume, extra carts can see what is frequently bought together in your store. With fewer orders, the app tells you openly that there is not enough data yet.

3.

Do your customers buy several items together?

Then there are product pairs worth recommending. If you mainly sell a single product, or only resellers buy in larger quantities from you, the purchasing patterns we need are not there yet.

4.

Already running Klaviyo or an upsell tool?

Not a problem. Keep what works well; extra carts runs alongside it. We believe our approach does better over time: it compares variants across all connected stores and earns only on extra orders. Whether that holds for your store is your call.

If it doesn't fit yet, we'll tell you openly and explain when it's worth talking again. Not included for now: stores selling electronics or groceries, because margins there are too thin, and stores outside Germany.

How it works

The follow-up purchase is our job. Not yours.

You don't buy software you have to set up and keep re-tuning. You hand over a job: your customers should buy from you again without you paying for them again through ads or marketplaces. You don't pay for emails being sent, only for the extra order. That's why we keep improving what we send: it's the only way we both earn more.

We take care of
  • Finding the right product
  • Copy and subject lines
  • The right timing
  • Subject-line testing across all connected stores
  • Billing with a receipt
Your part
  • Install and approve once
  • Look at the results, if you like

The email

What your customers actually receive.

A short, plain message, like a quick note from your team: one product, no banners, no countdown. Written by people who have done this for merchants for decades, not by an AI, and checked for language and legal compliance. This is how the emails would look for the store “Example-ABC”:

Pricing · example, not a forecast

Suppose revenue rises by 10%. The fee: less than 1% of the new total.

You make €100,000 in revenue, and we demonstrably add €10,000. We charge 6% only on that €10,000, so €600: about 0.55% of your new total revenue.

Questions you might be asking

Trust, but verify.

What's in it for me?
We don't promise an amount; that depends on your range. What cross-selling from purchase history can do is shown by a McKinsey case study: an online retailer that introduced it, by email and on-site, grew its yearly sales by about 20% and its profit by about 30%. That is one case, not an average. You see your own numbers on the Free plan: 100 recommendations per cycle, every attributed order in your dashboard, and never a bill. The case study →
What does it cost during the launch phase?
Nothing. You get the full product and we charge no fee. We announce the end of the launch phase at least 14 days in advance; after that you choose: Free (100 recommendations per cycle sent free, then sending pauses until the next cycle — you can never be charged) or Fair (continuous sending, 6% of the extra revenue extra carts demonstrably delivers). Uninstall anytime — there is no subscription.
Does the 6% apply to all my store's revenue?
No. On the Fair plan, we charge 6% only on the gross merchandise value of attributed orders. Example: €100,000 from other orders and €10,000 from attributed orders result in a €600 fee. That is about 0.55% of the €110,000 total. This is an arithmetic example, not a revenue forecast.
Aren't you charging me for sales I'd have made anyway?
A fair question. Honestly, today we can't yet prove whether an order would have come without us; a test for that, and an automatic credit when the recommendations demonstrably deliver too little, are planned after the launch phase. What protects you today: we only charge when the link between our recommendation and the products bought is clearly visible. Direct visits, other ads and your own newsletters are never charged. On the Free plan, 100 recommendations per cycle show you real results and would-be charges before you switch to Fair.

What happens next

Have it explained first. Then decide for yourself.

A new approach deserves an explanation first. There is no commitment, and you decide at every step whether to go on.

i.

30 minutes with Pascal: you ask, he explains.

You pick a time. The call is free and non-binding, even if you just want to understand how extra carts works, or already use Klaviyo and want to compare. Prefer writing? One email with your store URL is enough; Pascal replies within 48 hours.

You decide whether it fits.

Together we go through the four points above. If it fits, you install when you like: right on the call, or in a separate session where you watch your first 30 minutes live. If it doesn't fit yet, we tell you openly why and when it's worth another try.

Day 7: review. You choose the plan.

After a week you get the first results review: what was sent, what it earned, what it would have cost. During the launch phase you pay nothing. You choose between Free and Fair yourself; there is no automatic upgrade.
